The participants who represent Coffee, Oil Seeds & Pulses exporters, Flour factories, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Shipping Lines, Long distance transport service providers and also stake holders from Ministry of Trade and organizations accountable to the Ministry, Addis Ababa Trade & Industry Bureau, Agricultural Research Institute and others took part in the discussion and forwarded their comments, suggestions & questions.

Among the key comments forwarded during the session was that of an appreciation given to the enterprise for its inclusion of comments, suggestion and criticisms forwarded by customers in the performance of the Enterprise.

Finally, the meeting concluded after general consensus was reached on working together and creating close bonds between the Enterprise and its customers.
